Weird...I don't know what that is!
I think this may be its name: Geastrum saccatum. It's part of a group called earthstars, apparently.

Oh, cool fungi! I have seen those in pictures but never in real life.
Eek. That's creepy looking. Whatever it is, I wouldn't advise eating it . . .
